Zsuzsanna is an internationally and nationally renowned laser technician and medical esthetician and founder of Pearl Med Spa and Laser Center. She has always had a passion for skin care, but it escalated when she recognized the power of lasers in 2002. She completed 2 years of cosmetology school in Budapest before obtaining her Cosmetologist and Electrolysis license in both Nevada and Florida. She worked along side the very first distributors of Alma Lasers in 2003, when she became a distributor herself. She worked with top doctors all around the US, as she was gaining her experience in Alma Lasers. Her first venture took place in Budapest in 2004-2008, where her Medical Spa became the first facility to carry Alma Lasers Equipment in Hungary. Her second facility of 6 years was located in Henderson, Nevada. The third location in Boca Raton has been open since 2014. In the past 15 years, She has treated over 10,000 clients.
Zsuzsanna stays up to date and current with all the latest aesthetic cosmetic procedures and new products & regularly attends educational courses. Specialized in medical skin care and laser rejuvenation, she strives to customize the right treatments to address all specific skin problems.
He is at the forefront of Age Management Medicine with expertise in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutraceuticals, nutrition and exercise. His passion for wellness and fitness has been a lifelong endeavor, with active involvement in various sports, martial arts and weight lifting. He thrives in helping patients regain their youthful vitality and health by addressing the root cause of their ailments.
Dr. Alvarez is certified by the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation and Age Management Medicine Group. He is also board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He is an active member of the Age Management Medicine Group, the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging and the Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Alvarez completed his premedical studies at the University of Miami where he obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He continued his post-graduate studies at Barry University, obtaining a Master of Science degree with a major in Biomedical Sciences. After earning his medical degree at St. George University, he completed two years in Internal Medicine at Maricopa Medical Center and the Marshfield Clinic before obtaining his fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the prestigious University of Michigan. While working as a Nuclear Medicine Physician at the Veterans Administration in Gainesville, Fl, he completed his certification in Age Management Medicine at the world renowned Cenegenics Medical Institute, where he continued his training as a fellow. He has worked with various Age Management clinics, overseeing patient care and as Medical Director.

Jennifer Gold is a nationally certified physician assistant who is passionate about aesthetic medicine. She has received extensive training in the application of injectables by world renowned Dermatologists. She is certified in the application of dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
Jennifer takes pride in her great attention to detail and will work with you to accomplish your cosmetic goals safely. Jennifer also strives to continually educate herself on the latest injection techniques.

Sandra Friedle is a nationally certified nurse practioner. Sandra has over 10 years of full-time aesthetic medicine experience and prides herself on achieving excellent, precise and natural results that is individually tailored for each patient. She has trained and worked along-side some of the most accomplished cosmetic surgeons in the world and comes to Pearl Med Spa with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Sandra believes the consultation and pre-treatment discussion is key to developing a personalized plan that allows both her and her patient to be fully invested in their care from beginning to end. Some of the myriad of treatments she offers includes toxin, Juvederm, Radiesse, Belotero, Restylane, Kybella, Sculptra, Microneedling with PRP or PRP injections, Sclerotherapy and more.
