Ericka Quiroga, APRN
Ericka Quiroga is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care. A recipient of the prestigious Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing, she is a highly experienced and compassionate healthcare professional. With over 10 years of experience in adult and pediatric emergency care, Ericka graduated with honors from Simmons University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing.
She provides personalized treatment plans and education to her patients, taking pride in delivering natural-looking results and empowering them to feel confident and secure in their own skin. Ericka is a South Florida native who loves spending quality time with her family, their dog Frankie, cooking, and keeping active.
Sandra Friedel, ARNP
Sandra Friedle is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Science and over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in cosmetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, collagen stimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra, and PRP. Sandra also effectively treats spider veins with sclerotherapy.
A lifelong learner, she regularly attends advanced training to enhance her skills. Her passion for aesthetics drives her dedication to helping patients achieve their goals, embodying her motto: “I love what I do.”
Kimberly LaRocco, Esthetician
Kim is a paramedical esthetician and licensed laser technician at Pearl MedSpa. She is skilled and certified in the highest-quality products, techniques, and skin care services. This includes advanced chemical peels and lasers designed to treat all skin types, tones, and conditions. Her passion lies in creating a personalized, result-driven experience while maintaining a tailored, relaxing, and nurturing environment.
Her primary goal is to provide patients the knowledge and tools designed to help them achieve their healthiest skin while building long term relationships. Laser hair removal, IPL, Pixel, microneedling, dermaplaning, and Hydra Beauty facials are just a few of her specialties.
Julia Gonzalez, Esthetician
Julia Gonzalez is a licensed esthetician at Pearl Med Spa. With three years of experience in providing facials, she possesses a deep passion for beauty and skincare. Julia is certified in top-tier products, techniques, and services, including HydraFacials, customized treatments to tailor your exact skin needs, and advanced chemical peels designed to treat all skin types, tones, and conditions.
She is dedicated to creating personalized, results-driven experiences in a relaxing and nurturing environment. Julia’s primary aim is to equip her clients with the knowledge and tools necessary for achieving optimal skin health results, while fostering long-term relationships. Among her specialties are Diamond Glow, Hydra Facial and dermaplaning.
